How do I Order?

I work from a waiting list as demand is always very high, this is currently around 5/6 months long.

To be added to my waiting list please send me a message by selecting one of the icons above. I require a non refundable deposit of £10.00 per order (not item) of which will be taken off your final order total.

What happens next?

Once I've received your deposit and you are added to my list I will confirm a waiting list number to you, when your number comes up, I will contact you to request your sleepsuits/clothing and give you the details of where to send your parcel.  I will also ask you to fill in an online form, this will include your details as well as any personalisation and special requirements, this enables me to have all of the information to process your order. 

 

Once your parcel is received by me, I will confirm receipt and ask for full/balance payment, this can be made by Bank transfer or PayPal (additional £2.00 per item required towards fees for Paypal, this may be higher for overseas payments).  Once full payment has been received, there is a turnaround time of approximately 6-8 weeks from payment before your keepsake will be despatched home to you.

I'm afraid I do not offer refunds once I have started your item.

What clothing/fabrics should I send?

The clothes that are sent to me will need to be in a good clean state and in good condition, if they are very worn, then they may not be suitable for your keepsake item.

If your clothing has large text/images/motifs then I may not be able to retain all of that for a keepsake bear & other animal but will always try and accommodate it the best I can using appliqué.  It helps to include at least one plain colour item to help break up the busier patterns, this is also great for where there is embroidery so that it doesn't get lost.

For quilts and cushions its easier to accommodate the larger images etc

Offcuts can be returned at an additional cost to cover postage.

I would recommend that you send your parcel in a mail bag or box and via a recorded delivery or courier service to ensure that your parcel can be tracked and proof of delivery obtained.

Do you ship overseas? 

Non weighted keepsake bear & other animals, quilts & cushions are available for shipping overseas, please contact me for a shipping cost. 

Currently Birthweight bears are only available within the UK.

Additional Information:

I do also offer payment plans for those that would like to pay off their order in instalments before having their keepsake made.  I do not charge a premium for this, the only additional cost wold be PayPal fees if paying by Paypal.  Please message me for further details.

Gift Vouchers are also available, they can be made out to any value and you will be sent the voucher and a card for you to write in.  There is a postage charge of £2.00 on top of the voucher value & an additional fee if paying via PayPal.

All of my items are made to a high standard, with lots of love and attention to detail however because they are made from worn clothing supplied by you lovely ladies and gents the bears are unable to be CE tested.  This means that the bears, bunnies, monkeys & hedgehogs are keepsake items only to be cherished and have not been designed or made to be toys for children under 14 and will not withstand rough play.
