It is your responsibility as the customer to be aware of the Terms and Conditions of Baby to Bears and by ordering and purchasing from me, you are agreeing to adhere to my Terms and Conditions.

By the use of the term 'I', 'me' and 'my' on this website and in the terms and conditions, it refers to the sole trader and owner of Baby to Bears, Lisa Bond and Baby to Bears as a whole.

Once payment has been received and I have started work on your keepsake I cannot offer a refund. If you change your mind and wish to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible to check if your keepsake has been started.

It is the customer's responsibility to check that all spelling and wording is correct for personalisation. There will be a charge for any changes to be made once the embroidery/personalisation have been completed.

They are bespoke, unique and made especially for you therefore once I have started the process of making I cannot return clothing or offer refunds. If there are specific requirements please include these on your order form.

Each Bear is individually handmade by me and will vary due to the fabric and quality of the clothing I receive, it is your responsibility to provide fabric/clothing in a suitable condition. If I receive clothing that is too worn or I deem to be unsuitable, I reserve the right to send it back to you. If unsure, please discuss with me before sending as in most cases I can line the items, however this may incur an additional charge to you.

I will only recommend sending your items via a traceable service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the parcel is wrapped securely with my address details clearly written and return address details on the reverse. I will not accept responsibility for parcels that go missing when sent to me.

SAFETY:
All of my bears are made to a high standard, with lots of love and attention to detail however because they are made from worn clothing supplied by you lovely ladies and gents they are unable to be CE tested.
The bears are keepsake items only be cherished and are for display purposes only, they are NOT toys, they cannot withstand play or rough handling and are not recommended for children under the age of 14 years of age as they are not CE accredited. This is due to them being handmade from worn clothing.
I do not recommend that you wash your bear as they are handmade, please look after your bear once received as I put a lot love and attention in each one for your to treasure for years to come.

The pattern used to make these bears has been designed and created by Lisa Bond, owner of Baby to Bears and is protected by copyright laws. Any attempt to reproduce it will result in legal action being taken.
Copying, editing, publishing or downloading any content from this website is strictly prohibited and would contravene copyright laws, Please do not copy without permission.
Privacy Policy
The information collected by Baby to Bears is limited to what you give me yourself following an enquiry to be added to my waiting list or indeed to process an order for a keepsake, these details may include any of the following: Your Name, Postal Address, Email address, Phone number, Child/children’s personal details such as names, dates of birth, time of birth and weight.
I collect this data by asking you to fill in a customer details form, or from the emails or messages that you send me via my Website, Email, Facebook or Instagram. This information is used purely to facilitate your order and to keep in contact while your keepsake is being made and processed. I do not collect data from any other source.

I take photographs of all completed keepsakes and may share on one or all of the following: Facebook, my website, Instagram and Twitter. If you would prefer that your child's/Children's personalisation details are not shared then you have an option to opt out of this on the customer order form.

I solely manage all areas of my business so there is no need for me to share any of your information with any third party other than with Royal Mail or Parcel Force, this of course is so that they can deliver your keepsake and the information shared will be your name and address only.

I hold all of your information in a secure and respectful manner and it will never be shared with any third parties (other than those stated above) or used to send you marketing emails on behalf of someone else.
All paper order forms are kept for a minimum of six years for accounting purposes and in accordance with HMRC requirements, these are all kept and stored in a locked filing cabinet. All emails and messages via my website, Instagram & Twitter are held for as long as they are needed to be able to process your orders and keep in contact, these are all password protected, if you wish that these be deleted please do let me know.
